Tiberius Capital Partners (Tiberius) is a private investment partnership backed by proprietary family office capital, established to take a differentiated approach to investing in UK law firms.

Rather than replicating the consolidator or private equity playbook, Tiberius has been formed intentionally as a partnership-led platform, combining deep transactional and operating experience with patient, flexible capital. The absence of legacy assets, fund structures or inherited strategies allows Tiberius to work from the inside of firms alongside partners, unencumbered by short-term return pressures or prescriptive integration models.

Tiberius has been established to build a modern legal services platform focused on improving how firms operate, grow and retain talent, while preserving what makes them successful. The emphasis is on execution, alignment and long-term value creation, not financial engineering or rapid consolidation. Tiberius’ role is to bring capital, perspective and capability to help firms do more of what they do best, while sharing in the upside created alongside partners.

Tiberius has committed capital available for acquisitions and follow-on investment, alongside access to additional credit facilities to support bolt-on growth.
