Ahmad Tabari

Ahmad began his career as a lawyer, working at Cleary Gottlieb in New York before joining his family-owned businesses in the Middle East. Over a 20+ year period, Ahmad scaled and diversified a large pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution group, leading multiple strategic initiatives including geographic expansion, vertical integration, debt and equity financing, and operational restructuring.

Ahmad brings deep experience in building and running complex, service-led and distribution businesses, with particular strengths in working capital optimisation, operational efficiency, strategic execution and capital deployment.

Sameer trained and practised as a corporate lawyer in the City before relocating to Dubai, where he spent 15 years building and leading a corporate and M&A practice within a leading independent law firm. Starting from a small team, Sameer grew the practice into a multi-partner, Band 1 Chambers-ranked team, while also holding senior management responsibilities within the firm. He returned to London in 2020 and brings first-hand experience of how law firms operate internally - partner dynamics, compensation structures, talent retention, billing discipline, client service delivery and cultural alignment.

Carina Walsh

Carina operates as a Strategic Acquisition Advisor for Tiberius Capital Partners and has over 15 years’ experience across strategy, business development and mid-market M&A, supporting global leadership teams to deliver ambitious growth strategies.

Carina serves on the Board of Governors of UHI Argyll College and is Chair of the Audit Committee, providing oversight across financial stewardship, risk management and institutional strategy within a publicly funded and government-accountable body.

Carina combines operational leadership with entrepreneurial and corporate experience. She previously founded and scaled a multi-site retail and events business and has held senior commercial roles within asset management and real estate, latterly as Commercial Director of a business managing over £0.5bn of assets, where she was part of the team that launched a listed fund.
